We are ecstatic to announce that last night’s event was a huge success, with a record 458 guests at the Paris Mounties hockey game. When we set out on this journey three months ago, we had a goal of raising $15,000, as of today, not including raffle ticket sales, Ref4Rett has raised an amazing total of $34, 366 that will all go directly towards the development of the Canadian Rett Syndrome Registry, which will directly impact future research.
We want to thank each and every person who attended the event last night in support of a cause that is so near and dear to our hearts, and helping to raise awareness. We also want to send a special thanks to the Paris Mounties, Legends Taphouse and Todd Wood for providing us with the venue for the event and so much assistance and support. To our sponsors, volunteers, individuals that made donations or helped to spread awareness, words cannot express the gratitude that we feel for all the support that we have received.
On behalf of our family, Elle and all the individuals living with Rett Syndrome, we thank you.
